Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

We appreciate your trust and are committed to
providing dependable, professional, and convenient laundry care. 

Our Services

• Wash Dry Fold (WDF) and Bagged Laundry Service.
• Free Pickup & Delivery.
• Standard Garment Care.
• Alternative Dry-Cleaning.
• 48-Hour Delivery Turnaround.
• We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to, items that are excessively soiled, hazardous, or unsafe to handle.

Customer Responsibilities

• Check all pockets before service.
• Separate Dry-Clean only garments.
• Separate delicate or specialty garments.
• Inform us of special washing instructions for specialty garments.
• Pre-treat stains and put in separate bag labeled Stains.
• Secure laundry before and after pickup and delivery.
• Provide accurate pickup and delivery information.
• Provide your own hangers for hanging garments.
• On pickup day, place all laundry bags outside in a safe and dry location by 8 am.

Purple Orchid is NOT Responsible for:

• Items left in pockets for example, chewing gum, lipstick, ink pens, credit cards, receipts, money, electronics, etc.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Natural shrinking, stretching, or fading.
• Re-disposition of colors /bleeding.
• Damage caused by weak or sensitive fabrics.
• Items outside before pickup or after delivery, including items left unattended.
• Stains that we could not get out after it arrived pre-treated.

Pickup & Delivery Times

• Pickup and Delivery times are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 11 am , with standard 48-hour turnaround time from when order is placed. 
• Pickup and Delivery times may vary due to weather or workload volume, service availability or power outages, or equipment issues.
• We will make every reasonable effort to meet scheduled delivery times.

Pricing and Payments

• $2 per pound - $40 minimum order.
• Additional $10 for next day delivery.
• Payment is required through the Clean Cloud app when signing up and prior to delivery with a credit or debit card.
• No cash payments.
• Non-payment will result in NO delivery.
• Unpaid orders will be held for 14 days and on day fifteen, items will be donated or otherwise disposed of at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

• Customers must provide up to 6-hour notice for cancellations.
• Last-minute cancellations will be charged the minimum order price of $40, or the customer can call us to discuss.
• Incorrect addresses and repeated failed deliveries or pickups can be charged fees at our discretion.

Loss, Missing or Damage

Purple Orchid Laundry Service is not responsible for damage related to:

• Weak or worn fabrics.
• Pre-existing damage.
• Inaccurate or missing garment labels.
• Items unsuitable for standard laundering.
• Missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your cleaned garments.
• Liability, if any, is limited to the garment’s reasonable current value.

Allergies & Sensitivities

• Purple Orchid Laundry Service is not responsible for individual allergic reactions or sensitivities.
• Purple Orchid Laundry Service provides premium biokleen fragrance-free and biokleen lightly scented plant-based detergent options.
• Biokleen products are free of phosphates, chlorine, ammonia, alcohol, butyl, glycol ether, brighteners, artificial colors, artificial fragrance.
• Biokleen is EWG verified which means it is free from EWG’s chemicals of concern and meets the non-profit Environmental Working Group (EWG) strictest standards for your health.
• Premium 100% Wool dryer balls that are eco-friendly and 100% organic consisting of no dyes or chemicals.
• We use Dryel which is an alternative for freshening up "dry clean only" garments at home without harsh chemicals.
• Dryel does not actually "clean" like a professional service; it uses steam and specialized heat activated sheets that releases a gentle, fabric-penetrating cleaning vapor that can remove odors, eliminate minor wrinkles without shrinking or fading, and sanitize clothes.

Comforters and Quilts

• We will accept Twin-King Comforters and Quilts.
• Comforters and Quilts must be machine washable.
• No down or thick comforters so our wash machines can clean bedding thoroughly.
• We do not accept weighted blankets.

Privacy Policy

• Customer information will only be used for scheduling services, communication, billing, and deliveries.
• We do not sell or share customer information with third parties.

Agreement Acknowledgement for Terms of Service

• Upon submitting a booking request and using pick up and drop off services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Terms of Service Agreement.
• Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
• Purple Orchid Laundry Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.
